For B2B & wholesale shops on Shopify

Give your shop a PO inbox.

Your buyers email purchase orders the way they always have — a PDF, a spreadsheet, sometimes a photo of a printed form. POClerk receives them, reads every line, checks each one against your catalog, and the Shopify draft order is waiting for you. You approve it.

No buyer portal. No customer training. Nobody retypes anything.

The route

Three stops. Your customers never change how they order — the mail just starts arriving sorted, checked and entered.

1 Forward the PO

Email body, PDF, Excel, CSV, photo, scan — or drag it straight into the app. Set your buyers to send here directly and you never touch it at all.

yourshop@in.poclerk.com
2 Every line gets checked

Products, variants, quantities, pack sizes ("2 cases" = 24), prices against your B2B lists. Quantities are cross-checked against the printed totals. Anything uncertain is held for you — never guessed.

Approve → draft order

With the right B2B company attached and price differences noted on the order. Fix a line once, tick "remember this for this customer", and that buyer's shorthand enters itself from then on.

The part other tools skip

Reading a purchase order is the easy half. Knowing when you have read it wrong is the half that decides whether a merchant can trust it.

Doubt is visible

A line either matches with confidence or it is held and explained — "fits two products, the PO doesn't say which", "PO price differs from your price list", "the scan was unreadable here". Nothing enters quietly.

Fix once, then never again

Buyers use their own shorthand and internal part numbers. Correct it a single time and POClerk remembers that code for that customer, permanently. The work shrinks every week.

Pack and price rules

"3 boxes" becomes 36 units using your own rules. Quantity × price is checked against the printed line total, and a PO price that disagrees with your catalog is flagged rather than silently accepted.

Every format they actually send

Clean PDFs, dense multi-page ones, Excel with a cover sheet, CSV exports, order details buried in an HTML email, forwarded threads, and photographed or scanned paper.

Autopilot, when you're ready

Turn it on per customer. When every line of that buyer's PO enters cleanly, the draft order creates itself. Any held line still waits for you.

The buyer hears back

A confirmation reply is drafted in your store's name — what was entered, what is being checked. Send it in one click, or automatically for customers on autopilot.

Graded, in the open

A new app with no reviews asks you to take accuracy on faith. We would rather show our work: the method, the corpus, every gate, and a head-to-head against two established Shopify PO apps — all published.

99.1% of 436 lines entered correctly on the most recent release-gate run — a corpus the parser had never seen
0.2% silent errors — lines entered wrongly with nothing flagged. This is the number that decides whether you can trust it

Built for shops that sell wholesale

If your trade customers order by email instead of through your storefront, this is for you. Some trades have their own page — the rest work exactly the same way.
